Personnel & Resources Committee

 

The Personnel & Resources Committee meets three times per year on the first Tuesday of March, July and November.  Please note that dates may be subject to change and additional meeting may be arranged, if required.  Meetings are held at 7.00 pm at Brockenhurst Village Hall.

The Committee deals with all financial and staffing issues, including setting the precept each year.

The meeting is open to the public and a short period is set aside at the beginning to enable members of the public to make presentments. Please note that members of the public can speak during this presentments period but, whilst they are welcome to attend for the remainder of the meeting, cannot participate in the meeting itself. Occasionally, when discussing matters of a confidential nature (eg. salaries, wages or commercially sensitive matters) it is necessary to exclude the public and press by resolution.
