Thank you to everyone that took part in this year's annual Pancake Races.  Despite the wet weather there was a good number of children and adults for the races. Our thanks go to the race sponsors Friends of Brockenhurst, who provided gold, silver and bronze environmentally friendly wooden medals for the winners. Tesco Brockenhurst also donated sweets for the children taking part.

The running relay has become quite a competitive race and once again Balmer Lawn Hotel retained their first-place position, following by Daisy Bank Cottage Boutique Bed & Breakfast in second place and Welcome Stores Brockenhurst in third place.

The walking relay also did very well with the 50+ Club taking the gold medal and the Brockenhurst WI as runners-up.
